We develop a service schedule tailored to your property and goals. We typically offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans but pride ourselves on being able to truly customize a plan that fits your needs.
3. Scheduled Service Visits
Our team performs consistent, high-quality maintenance on a regular basis. Our current portfolio has service visits ranging from daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, completely customizable to your needs.
4. Ongoing Monitoring
Your assigned account manager and crew foreman, along with our enhancement team identify issues and communicate adjustments or recommendations as needed.
5. Communication & Recommendations
We aim to be proactive instead of reactive, requiring account managers to visit properties at least twice a month and enhancement teams quarterly so that we can recommend seasonal improvements for your landscape in advance allowing you to plan with us.

How often do maintenance services occur?
Service frequency depends on your property and preferences, but most clients benefit from regular weekly or bi-weekly visits. That being said, we currently have clients receiving service daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or on an as needed basis.
Do you offer maintenance for landscapes you didn’t install?
Yes. We work with both existing and newly installed landscapes, ensuring they are properly maintained moving forward. For landscapes we did not install, we pride ourselves in understanding the long-term goals or vision of the garden and maintaining them to that.
What’s included in maintenance services?
Weekly services typically include mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and general upkeep, with additional care depending on your property’s needs. All service plans include lawn and bed fertilizer, irrigation monitoring as well as hauling off debris created by our services.
Do you adjust services seasonally?
Yes. Our maintenance approach adapts throughout the year to account for weather, growth cycles, and plant health.
